Friends:

In the normal progress of Max Bulk Mailer I have set up (for 55 recipients):

Group mails 10
Interval 00:01
Delivery check
Connections 1

The program sends the mail and gets an error for about two of the recipients. What is the proper way to proceed from there on? The program seems to go into a loop about these two like it didnt realize that those two were not mailable. Can it be set to abandon trying those two after say one more try?

Thanks in advance, -Migs

Your problem looks like an authentication issue. Are you using any?

Hi Stan:

Thanks for the quick reply!

I am using authentication on a POP account with myself as the sender. My ISP allows up to 40 recipients in a given e-mail.

This is the log where MBM tries the two that couldnt go out again:
Thanks for you comments-Migs

You get a '452 Insufficient system storage.' error. It is explained here: Insufficient system storage error. If you have set a group of 40 be sure you are using one connection only. The group is per connection so 5 connections with a group 40 will send 200 at once.

OK Stan! Now I understand.

Is my ISP limit set by:

a. The administrator of mail.pretensa.com (my case) or...
b. ENTEL, the one I pay monthly for internet service?

In other words who do I contact?

Thanks,

Migs

No needs to contact anybody, just set MaxBulk 'Connections' to 1.

If it is set to 1 and the group is 40 then it is a problem with the server. You can try to use a smaller group or add a delay between batches.
