Hello,
Email extractor has been running over an hour now on an 7.7 MB excel file. Status shows 0 in all columns. The horizontal blue and white barber pole is moving with 0 Processed and the word “Processing...” is under the Cancel button.
What could be the problem?

Hmm. It wouldn’t process the .xls file so I saved it as .txt and it worked immediately.
The help file says it should process and Excel file though.

| Native Excel files are binaries. You have to save them as plain text first. |
