Hi

I'm having terrible trouble importing data to my recipients lists.

I can produce either csv or xls files but neither import properly.

Both just extract the email address and nothing else. And of course I'd like at least the first name so I can personalise the emails!

I'm dragging and dropping the files on to a recipients list, perhaps this is where I'm at fault?!

I'm on a Mac G5 10.5.3 I've got works/numbers to handle the files. But I've also got a PC with Excel on it so can adjust files there if necessary. Although MaxBulk mailer is of course on my Mac!

Any help would be greatfully received as I've started to become a little blind with this now and can't see what the hell I should be doing or have done!!

Yours Hope fully

Anna

Try the following: Importing recipients from a plain text file.
