If I'm trying to use MaxBulk Mailer with my normal email settings, which are:
How should I set up MaxBulk Mailer? I've tried as many possible combinations as I can, and none work.
Is port 465 SSLv2, SSLv3, or TLS v1? What Authentication should I use (POP, ESMTP, or APOP)? Login, Plain, or MD5 Challenge-Response?
