I'm now preparing the budget for next year, and I'm not sure if I should enter all the expenses as negative amount (i.e. -50,00), or if expenses should be entered as it is. Based on the resume fields at the end of the page I suppose all the expenses should be entered as negative amounts. Am I right ? Thanks.

Try to create a budget with a calculation. You will find out how data has to be entered.

I'm not sure I get your point. I'm making a brand new budget and I can't make calculation as I don't have historical data to rely on (I've just bought iCash), and, by the way, what is the right methos to input data in to the budget section : Positive amounts for income, and negative amounts for expenses ?

Yes, positive amounts for incomes and negative amounts for expenses.
