Hi Just bought this program, and in processing the e-mails, it only returns 1 Bounce reason "Unknown address"
When inspecting all of the e-mails, there are a plethora of varying reasons for the bounces, including spam challenges, delays, unsubscribe requests and more.
So how can these be handled?

35 Mb? Is this a single file you are dropping onto eMail Bounce Handler?

It is a series of bounces that got compiled into one e-mail.
The problem exists also in any tests that I run on seperate e-mails as well.
Is there no way to adjust the "intelligence" of this product to report correctly the reason, and the Type.

For example, If I could set up a rule for Unsubscribes, it would say Type: Hard, and then reason: Unsubscribe

Could I see that mail containing all those bounces?

About your second question, current eMail Bounce Handler already detects 'Unsubscribe' messages and show them accordingly. Are you suing last version?

I am using 3.4.2
The client doesn't want his list posted here.
So, I can post the export with addresses removed, but I am not sure how that will help solve the problem.
The problem is that regardless of what is in the mailbox, it always says
Hard and unknown reason
See below for sample of first 100

eMail Bounce Handler simply lookup the extended SMTP code. If that code corresponds to the 'Unknown address' you will get this displayed. What do you expect?

I had hoped that if it was an Unsubscribe, it would indicate that- it doesn't instead I have to create rules, but even with those rules, I can't specify if I consider that to Soft or specify the reason.
I had hoped that if it was a bad mail box, it would say Hard and "Bad destination"
I had hoped that if it was unable to find a domain, it would say Hard and "Unknown Domain"
I had hoped that if it was a retry, it would say Soft and "Retry"

Instead, it just says the exact same message each and every time.
Gees, I could have used outlook to total up the number of bounces, using it's rules...The only thing this does do is list the e-mail addresses, but the reason and type simply does not work.
The e-mail bounces that I have are for all different reasons, but the program seems to just classify them all together.

Presently, I am not sure why/how this program is useful, and since the trial only allowed 100 e-mails, I never found this until I purchased it.

This is not eMail Bounce Handler fault. We simply lookup the ESMTP error table using the error code found in the bounce. Anyway I still don't understand what you expect, the error table is something defined by the SMTP protocol RFC. I don't why you get alway the same code but I guess there is an explanation. Please open a support ticket and add one of those bounces to it and I will explain you about that.
