Hi,

I tried to set a rule with the following text:

außer Haus

unfortunately it doesn't work - so I opened the source of the message and saw this in the subject:

=?ISO-8859-1?Q?au=DFer_Haus=2E?=

so I set the whole text and then only this as a rule au=DFer_Haus

but it didn't work too...

any idea how should I define the rule to download the mails with this text?

thanks

I'm not sure...

the email is an ordinary "out of office" auto response...

If I'm using in a rule other words which don't contain german characters, the bounce handler downloads those mails...

Please open a support ticket with the exact bounce raw source with headers. I will try it here.

"außer Haus" = "out of office"

@bziuna: You download auto reponses with the email bounce handler? Does the bounce handler treat it like a Soft bounce? Or does there is a possibility to just delete auto responses? That would be great.

It is treated as soft and it is deleted from the server.

It's a pity. It would be great if there were the possibility to add rules in order to delete auto responses without counting it like a soft bounce. Cool
