Yes, we found the problem a little while ago. We will upload a new version in a few minutes with the fix.

I'm having problems with the contacts. I upgraded to vesion 5.4.1. but it still doesn't work.

The problem is that before version 5.4 when I was going to enter a new transaction I used to go to Payee/Issuing, start typing an already used contact and it will appear so I just had to change the amount.

Now, that usually doesn't work, it just remembers nothing, but I discover that changing the first letter from capitals to lowercase or vice-versa make it works (usually).

I hope I made my self clear enough.

Thanks for everything, iCash is great.

Weird, I just tried right now and it works as usual for me. I type the first letter of a contact, press the tab key and all the transaction is auto-completed. Are you doing it this way?

Yes, that's they way I do it. I just start writing some letters, and before if the name was in my contact list it appeared, I pressed the tab key and everything worked.

Now if I start writing something that is already in my contact list it usually doesn't appear, i just try with lower or upper case and it works (and in my contact list is only in Upper case or lower)

I also discovered that hiding some contacts from the list modify this. If I have two contacts: Jardin & Javier, hiding Jardin breaks Javier being remembered (but changing the first letter seems to solve it though sometimes I have to change to lower case and other times to upercase). This never happend before.

Thanks

To say the true, I don't understand your problem. How should I proceed to reproduce the issue here?

I don't know how you can reproduce the problem. The only thing that I do is start writing a name and then it completes it, I hit the tab and that's it.

But with this version names that it should complete it does not. But changing just the first letter to a capital letter or vice versa helps it remember them. For example:

I start writing "Jar" and nothing is shown. I just change to "jar" and it remembers "Jardin", and everythings works, but in other cases I start writing "jar" and nothing works I change to "Jar" and this time it works.

And the name in my contacts is save "Jardin" not "jardin". I also checked for errors my file and everything seems to be ok. I also tried on the windows and mac versions and the same.

Have you tried to reindex the document using the built-in tools?

I don't see anything wrong. Open the SQL editor and run the following command:

SET Property CollationAttribute OF Database TO 'kPrimary'
