Company variable elements not appearing on Recipients Window

Using MaxProg since a short time, so here is a question :

On the Recipients tab you could have Firstname, Surname, Email, and other variable.
suprisingly the company variable do exist but i haven't find a chance to make it displayed on this Recipients view, so for some reasons i'd like to see companies names with customers names....Is it a tip to make it displayed ?

Company is on second line. You have to expand the row to see it.

By the way, next MaxBulk v5 lists company on same line between last name and e-mail address.
