Hello; Recently purchased ICASH, and am getting frustrated on reconciliatioin, I've been a quicken user tooooo long.......

I'm used to entering a previous balance, and ending balance prior to starting.
You don't have the option with ICASH... So I go through and check off my statement against the register, and I not seeing where it tells me my current balance should be. Seeing a lot of red at the bottom, but when I go to overview I see a lot of blue....
Ran the tool, and everything checks ok...but guess i'm not understanding how to read whats in front of me...

Can someone give me some pointers, please

Steve

Use the Query Panel. Set the 'Where' pull-down menu to 'Balance' and enter your balance. It will show you the transaction for that balance.

I tried using the Query Panel as directed below but it did not give me transaction for the balance? I am using a demo version to determine if iCash is the program I want to use. Can someone give me more detailed instructions on reconciling an account.

Thanks.
