I've got a couple of problems.
Firstly, I downloaded the trial software and then purchased an activation key after using it with the 100 limit.
However, each time I connect to the server it is still only downloads the first 100 messages. Once I hit 'reset' and 'start' again it will download another 100. I have 22,000 emails to get through so I'd rather not do this each time. Is this a problem with the activation? The registration said it was successful and the 'Enter Code' option is greyed out. I have also tried uninstalling/reinstalling.
Secondly, and this might be a consequence of the first problem, bounced messages are not being removed from the server. The log is showing DELE 100 but when I log back in to the mailbox the number remains the same. I am not accessing the mailbox through a mail client when running the program. |

| Have you tried to schedule a periodic connection? Are you using very last version? |

Yes, I'm using the latest version.
I have tried scheduling it to run once a minute but this didn't make a difference. What I have done since my first post is to manually hit the reset button and the start button repeatedly, doing 100 emails at a time, and then manually deleting the bounces.
I did around 10,000 this way but have hit another problem whereby it is now saying there are only 44 emails in the mailbox (and these are all legitimate) when there are 15,000 bounces still remaining. So I cannot process any more.
I have tried deleting the next few bounces in case one of them was causing a problem but that has not helped. The program is now processing new emails as they come in, although still not deleting them from the mailbox. |

I am having the exact same problem, emails do not delete and only processes 100 emails.
I will try to manually delete and reset, but if there was a solution to jamrobinson's problem i would like to know |
